WiP Illustration.

This is an Illustration David is working on on the side of commercial illustrations.

As an illustration, this is past the sketchphase and into the renderingphase. This is roughly 2 hours worth of work and about 25%  done. After the entire image has been rendered in one pass, there will be a second pass over it, also in pencil. After that, normally in an illustration, there would be a scan and colourversion done digitally. For this piece it’s not been decided whether it will be left in pencil or not.

The size is A3, a european standard size roughly twice the size of standard documentsize ( 420 x 297mm/ 16.5 x 11.7 in).
